Del Amo Motorsports is Southern California’s premier multi-line powersports dealership group, operating eight retail locations across the region. We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead all IT operations company wide. This position reports directly to the COO and is based out of our Santa Ana store, with responsibility for technology, infrastructure, and systems across all Del Amo Motorsports locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Leadership & Operations
• Serve as the IT leader for all Del Amo Motorsports stores, overseeing enterprise-wide systems, infrastructure, and support.
Manage and develop a team consisting of:
• 2 IT System Support Specialists
• 1 Data Analytics Manager
• Maintain high system availability, performance, and stability across all eight locations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and outages.
Infrastructure, Systems & Security
• Oversee and maintain all enterprise IT infrastructure, including networking, identity, endpoints, cloud services, and store technologies.
Own administration and support for critical technologies across the organization, including:
• Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online
• Ubiquiti UniFi networking (switching, wireless, connectivity)
• Zoom Phone (VoIP system management & call routing)
• ThreatLocker (Zero Trust platform management & policy enforcement)
• Verkada (cameras, access control, alarms — critical for daily operations)
• Lightspeed DMS, DriveCentric CRM, Paycom
• ComplyAuto (compliance & GRC platform)
• Lead system upgrades, rollouts, and technology improvements across all dealerships.
Cybersecurity & Zero Trust (in partnership with vCISO/MSP)
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity controls, standards, and policies defined by the vCISO/MSP.
• Manage ThreatLocker policies, approvals, device control, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Perform incident first response, escalating to the MSP/SOC when necessary.
• Maintain strong governance around identity access, MFA, conditional access, and endpoint security.
Team Management & Customer Service
• Oversee helpdesk operations ensuring fast resolution times and excellent end user support.
• Monitor, track, and improve ticketing SLAs and IT service performance.
• Coach and develop IT staff to grow their skills and improve operational efficiency.
Project & Process Management
• Lead IT projects including new store setups, system implementations, infrastructure refreshes, and cloud initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, asset inventories, technical diagrams, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align technology with operational and financial objectives.
Availability & Travel
• On-call after hours for system outages, critical issues, and security incidents.
• Occasional travel to other Del Amo Motorsports locations as needed.
Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• 7 years of progressive IT experience
• 3 years in IT leadership or management
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Azure/Entra ID
• Strong hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager
• Experience with Exchange Online
• Experience with Ubiquiti UniFi networking
• Experience with Zoom Phone or similar cloud phone systems
• Experience with ThreatLocker or similar Zero Trust solutions
• Experience with Verkada or similar surveillance & alarm systems
• Previous experience overseeing IT in multi-location environments
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem solving skills
• Experience leading helpdesk operations and managing SLAs
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts (incident, problem, change)
• Familiarity with dealership compliance regulations (CCPA, CPRA, GLBA, Cars Act)
• Experience with ComplyAuto or similar GRC/compliance platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
• Ability to work 100% on-site at the Santa Ana location, with travel to other stores
• Willingness to be on-call after hours
Preferred (Not Required)
• Certifications: Microsoft, CompTIA Security /Network , CCNA, Ubiquiti, ITIL
• Experience with dealership platforms (Lightspeed DMS, DriveCentric CRM)
• Experience working with a vCISO or managed cybersecurity provider

Moderate physical activity. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, bend, crawl under tables, climb ladders and similar types of mobility functions. Must have the physical dexterity required to install technical equipment.
