We’re currently looking for a Front Desk Inventory Clerk to join our Orange County location. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with data entry, and love the excitement of the powersports industry, we want to meet you!
You are a great fit if you can:
- List and maintain all units online, including entering accurate inventory information, pricing, descriptions, and photos
- Enter and maintain inventory data in Lightspeed.
- Process store transfers and flooring bank transactions.
- Photograph units and upload product photos online.
- Ensure all units have accurate price and compliance tags.
- Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports and photo reports for management.
- Monitor inventory turns, price escalators, markdown schedules, and margins to ensure company standards are met.
- Provide front desk/reception coverage for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour as needed.
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Assist with various tasks that support the overall success of the dealership.
Other requirements and Skills:
- Previous data entry experience required.
- Passion for powersports preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, POS)
- Prefer interest or experience in sales and Powersports industry
- Comprehensive communication skills.
- This position reports directly to the General Sales Manager
Salary : $18 - $20
