What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Receptionist position at Del Amo Gardens Care Center?
We are looking for an Energetic and Customer Service Oriented Individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist! The front desk is the first person visitors and staff meet when coming into the facility as well as the first person that people hear over the phone.
Some duties include the following:
Answering the telephones
Greeting visitors, vendors and staff
Assist with Inquiries for Admissions
Office Work (typing, filing, copying, printing, scanning, faxing, emailing, etc.)
Review of vendor invoices
Distributing Daily Census (excel)
Payroll review and updates for missed punches
other assigned tasks
Qualifications include the following:
Customer service oriented
Skilled Nursing Facility Experience a plus
able to work independently
basic computer skills (emailing, word, excel, scanning, etc)
Flexible with schedule (Evenings and Weekends)
Team Player
Responsible and Reliable
