Primary Responsibilities: The Whole Home Consultant is primarily responsible for selling the company's ancillary products and services (excluding HVAC equipment) in a regional territory. Responsible for educating existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.
Specific Duties & Tasks:
- Develop positive relationships with customers.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor sales metrics.
- Suggest actions to impress sales performance.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
- Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Comfortable working directly with customers in their home
- Computer savvy with expertise in MS Office.
- Ability to use company-furnished technology products.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
- Have obtained a valid driver’s license for at least 15 months, and able to meet FCCI auto guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.
- Ability to perform duties of position with minimal supervision.
- Friendly and upbeat personality.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Eligible to legally work in the United States.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to speak Spanish, preferred.
