What You’ll Do

• Meet with customers to understand their plumbing needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Present detailed proposals, product options, and financing plans in a clear, professional way.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from first contact through installation completion.
• Collaborate closely with plumbing technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
• Maintain organized and accurate records within our CRM system.
• Stay up to date on Del-Air’s products, promotions, and plumbing innovations.

What You Bring

• 2 years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home service sales (preferred).
• A professional, customer-first attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical understanding of plumbing systems is a plus — but we’ll train the right person.
• Strong time management and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
