Summary:
Deister Machine Co in downtown Fort Wayne is seeking a 1st shift Property Maintenance Tech.
Maintains the properties and facilities by performing the following duties, as well as
many related duties that are not listed.
Responsibilities:
- Property maintenance
- Lawn mowing
- Upkeep of flower beds and shrubs
- Snow removal
- Building maintenance
Requirements:
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must be proactive and a self-starter
- Must have good attendance
- Must be able to work overtime in the AM or PM (be flexible)
- Must work well with others
- Must be able to problem solve & trouble shoot in real time
