Key Responsibilities:
- Job Site Cleanliness: Maintain clean and organized job sites, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Use your skills effectively to uphold the DeHaan standard of quality in all tasks.
- Maintenance Duties:
- Perform periodic and scheduled maintenance at the shop and office.
- Maintain and ensure proper functionality of dump trailers.
- Ensure the exterior of the office building is clean and organized.
- Shop and Equipment Organization: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and materials in the shop and job site areas you’re working in.
- Team Support: Assist Project Manager(s) and the team as needed to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and move equipment or materials as required.
