- Supervise, mentor, and provide leadership to employees within an assigned area, department, or project
- Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain processes to support efficient task completion
- Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support project objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Operate effectively in high-pressure or fast-paced environments
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed as required
- Assist with contractor work assignments, tracking, and coordination
- Review, audit, and approve invoices
- Track project progress and provide regular reporting updates
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
- Authorization to work in the United States
- 3 years of Fiber construction experience
- At least 6 months of previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
- Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
- Good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
