Your Impact:
- Achieve sales goals for memberships and wellness services using real-time dashboards.
- Recruit, train, and motivate your team—build a culture where everyone grows and wins.
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued.
- Oversee daily operations: scheduling, staffing, marketing, and financials.
- Lead by example, energizing the team and reinforcing our mission and values in every interaction.
Ideal Experience:
- 1 year of team management in retail, fitness, wellness, or medspa.
- Strong sales record—hits targets, drives KPIs, and celebrates wins.
- Confident with POS/software (Mindbody or similar).
- Flexible for weekends/evenings.
