RHYTHM Cycle & Sculpt is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Concierge to join our team. This role plays a key part in the overall studio experience, helping ensure our space stays clean, organized, and welcoming for every class and every client.

The team follows a task sheet for guidance, but the role truly thrives with someone who is proactive, observant, and takes pride in every detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio throughout each shift
- Reset the studio between classes to keep spaces fresh and organized
- Wipe down bikes, mats, props, and high-touch areas
- Ensure equipment and props are organized and ready for the next class
- Greet and check in clients with a welcoming and friendly attitude
- Support instructors with studio readiness before and after classes
- Help maintain a calm, polished, and organized studio environment
What a Shift at RHYTHM Looks Like
During a shift you may be:
- Resetting the studio between classes
- Refreshing the lobby and common areas
- Organizing equipment and props
- Helping instructors transition between classes
- Greeting members and creating a welcoming atmosphere
