About the Role
Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and deliver effective solutions for homeowners.
- Clearly explain findings and recommend repair or replacement options.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and complete accurate service documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1) required.
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.
Compensation
Compensation starts at $40 per hour and is based on experience, licensing, certifications, and overall qualifications. Additional earnings may include overtime, performance incentives, and bonuses.
