Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT. You'll lead residential HVAC installations, mentor junior installers, and deliver high-quality work that homeowners can depend on for years to come.

What You'll Do
- Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
- Mentor and work alongside installation team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality installations.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
What We're Looking For
- Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1) required.
- 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Ability to lead installation projects while working effectively with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Pay Range: Pay is dependent on experience; $40/hour and up SPIFFs and bonuses. Top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
