This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead install crews, mentor apprentices, and complete high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC installations. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- Train and mentor apprentice installers
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
- Maintain truck stock, tools, and job documentation
- Perform system startups and calibrations to manufacturer standards
What We're Looking For
- Connecticut HVAC License (S-2, D-2, or equivalent)
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and installation plans
- Comfortable using tablets/apps for work orders and notes
- Valid driver's license
- Team-oriented mindset with pride in quality workmanship
Pay Range: Pay is dependent on experience; $40/hour and up SPIFFs and bonuses. Top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
