Education Substitution: Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. - Performs tasks related to all technical aspects of the disposal program.
- Performs a wide variety of technical tasks relating to property disposal system through reutilization, transfer, donation (R/T/D) and sales of excess DoD property involving a large variety of specialized items and equipment.
- Performs tasks related to the oversight of disposal contracts.
- May be responsible for the selection of property for sale and the preparation of sales write-ups.
- Ensures property is efficiently and effectively accounted for, described, and made available to organizations for screening.
