Manufacturing Supervisor Defender Services - Spindale, NC From $14 an hour Defender Services is seeking a SUPERVISOR to serve as the leader in the fabric cutting departmentfor a manufacturing plant in SPINDALE, NC. Shift: Monday through Friday 1st shift-additional hours as needed Duties Supervise daily fabric cutting operations, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of cutting plans. Monitor quality control throughout the cutting process Train and mentor team members on proper cutting techniques, safety procedures, and machine maintenance. Maintain inventory of fabrics, tools, and equipment necessary for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
