Housekeeping Area Manager Defender Services - Fort Mill, SC From $46,500 a year Defender Services is seeking a FULL TIME HOUSEKEEPING AREA MANAGER for 7 area schools that will supervise a team of 30 people who perform cleaning in schools. Shift: Monday through Friday-Afternoon and Evening Shifts Duties: Hire and train custodial workers for schools Inspect performance to ensure quality standards are met Perform cleaning duties when short staffed Assist the Contract Manager in any assigned tasks Investigate and inform Defender Managers of any complaints or issues Check and maintain equipment and cleaning supplies to ensure compliance Benefits: Weekly Pay Insurance Packages PTO Opportunity to Advance Requirements: Must be highly motivated to pay full attention to detail Janitorial/Housekeeping Management experience preferred, however, we are looking for a leader from any industry Must be willing to work in a school environment Must be willing to perform cleaning duties at any time Must have a valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles Must be able to squat, bend, reach, push, pull, walk, stand and lift 30 pounds during the entire shift Must be willing to wear all required PPE Must adhere to all safety protocols Must pass a drug test Must pass a background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $46,500.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
