Job Responsibilities
- Preparation and painting of interior and exterior of buildings
- Inspecting buildings for any painting or repairs.
- Patching and repairs to drywall and trim.
- Ensure rooms are painted in a neat and presentable manner.
- Staining, finishing, and painting of indoor and outdoor furniture.
- Maintaining inventory of paints and materials.
- Clean up of equipment and surroundings upon completion.
- Assisting other team members as needed.
- Reports to Director of Engineering.
Qualifications
- Experience with wallpaper installation and repairs preferred.
- Prior experience with high quality painting is essential.
- Experience using paint sprayers.
- Ability to work on own and part of a team.
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in the use of basic tools.
Hourly Rate: $20 - $22 / hour
