We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and oversee cybersecurity program execution in support of a Federal Government customer. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders and will be responsible for managing all contract-related activities, ensuring successful project execution, and providing leadership throughout the contract lifecycle, including transition-in and transition-out activities.
The Project Manager will also serve as the Transition Manager during contract transition activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Provide overall management and oversight of all work performed under the contract.
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of cybersecurity projects of similar size and scope.
- Coordinate and manage contract resources to ensure timely and successful performance.
- Serve as the Transition Manager during transition-in and transition-out activities.
- Designate and oversee alternate Project Manager(s) to ensure continuity of operations during periods of absence.
- Ensure effective communication with Government stakeholders and project personnel.
- Maintain professional written and verbal communication in English.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size and scope.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing.
- Current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification in good standing.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage complex cybersecurity projects and coordinate with Government stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current or prior experience supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
- Demonstrated experience working within DHS organizations or on DHS cybersecurity programs is highly preferred.
Salary : $110,000 - $210,000
