Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salinas, CA, for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will maintain and service water treatment and fertilizer delivery systems, troubleshoot mechanical and system issues, and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal performance in agricultural settings. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing equipment inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Technicians will also contribute to operational excellence by coordinating with internal teams and documenting service reports.
Qualifications
- Technical skills and experience in water treatment systems, mechanical equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of fertilizers, chemicals, and irrigation systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer service and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for on-site service visits
- Previous experience in agriculture or water treatment services is preferred
