- Monitor assigned students in the locations and at the times designated.
- Plan a program for before and after care that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students assigned.
- Create an environment that is conducive to the interest and development of the students.
- Prepare for the students enrolled in the program and show written evidence of preparation upon request of immediate superior.
- Encourage students to set and maintain standards of expected behavior.
- Employ a variety of activities that are consistent with the physical limitations of the location and the needs of the students involved.
- Address the learning diversities of all students on a regular basis and seek district assistant as required or needed.
- Adhere to district policy.
- Maintain accurate and complete records as required.
- Attend staff meetings as required.
- Responsible for organizing and administering the program to conform with state law and policies and procedures of the school building and the Superintendent.
- Abide by all district, state and federal laws, policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality with all school and student information.
- Maintain all compliance documents.
- Organize all activities.
- Assign duties to Antler Care teachers as needed.
- Maintain all food service storage and sanitizing all equipment and utensils.
- Must hold valid certification for CPR training or be willing to complete certification within 90 of employment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB GOAL
To monitor students in a safe, orderly, and positive environment before or after school.
Qualifications:
A minimum of BS or BA in Education from an approved accredited college or
university with a valid Oklahoma teaching certificate is preferred. Such alternatives to the above
qualification as the Administration and Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Performance Responsibilities:
