Master Scheduling
- Oversee calendar and term configuration.
- Maintain course catalog alignment with state codes.
- Coordinate annual scheduling rollover.
- Support building-level scheduling teams.
- Configure grading scales and GPA calculations.
- Audit transcript accuracy and graduation tracking.
- Monitor credit accrual and diploma pathways.
- Manage Fall/Spring membership reporting.
- Oversee October count and accountability submissions.
- Coordinate discipline, CTE, and Ed-Fi submissions.
- Maintain reporting calendar and documentation.
- Conduct systematic audits of attendance, course enrollment, and program flags.
- Develop data validation protocols.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools.
- Identify discrepancies affecting funding/accountability.
- Train teachers on gradebook usage.
- Support counselors and administrators with scheduling tools.
