Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist Needed
Are you a people person and an animal lover? Do you enjoy multitasking with a side of furry cuteness? Deer Creek Animal Clinic is on the hunt for a friendly, organized, and upbeat Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
Hours: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: Edmond, OK
What You’ll Do:
- Greet two-legged and four-legged visitors with a smile (and maybe a wag).
- Answer phones and schedule appointments like a pro.
- Collect payments, process paperwork, and keep the front desk running smoothly.
- Give belly rubs and ear scratches (to the pets, not coworkers - don't make it weird).
Be the calming voice for anxious pet parents.
What We’re Looking For:
- You love animals as much as we do.
- You’re great at juggling phones and computers.
- You’re quick, detail-oriented, and have a knack for making everyone feel welcome.
- Previous veterinary receptionist experience is a plus (not required)!
