Role Description The Clinical Therapist is a full-time, hybrid on-site/virtual role based in North Palm Beach, FL. This position involves providing individual, couples, and family psychotherapy, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation. The therapist will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop and implement evidence-based interventions, and coordinate care with other providers as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a caseload, participating in case consultations, engaging in crisis intervention when appropriate, and supporting clients in achieving their treatment goals. The role also includes adherence to ethical standards, practice policies, and continuing professional development to maintain licensure and clinical competence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should be fully licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge and skillset (with a ideal focus on trauma work) in Psychology and Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy, maintaining clinical records, and working with diverse populations across age, culture, and background is ideal.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards.
- Desire to work collaboratively within a strong community within Deeply Rooted as well as the surrounding community.
- Comfort working in a collaborative practice setting and willingness to participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and basic computer proficiency; bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
