Job Responsibilities
- Implementation of relevant Standard operating procedures and Work instructions / manual, arrangement of raw materials as per requirement
- Production as per SNOP Targets.
- Maintain processes with appropriate parameters as defined in the relevant Standard operating procedure, Work Instruction and Manual
- Follow/ Develop SOP’s, Ensure that incoming product is received, inspected, identified and stored according to relevant Standard operating procedure and Work Instruction.
- Maintain Quality Documents/ Records, Inspection/Identification of Incoming/In process and Outgoing Products.
- Identify/Review Calibration requirements, Co-ordination with QC Department
- Identification & Segregation of Non-Confirming Products, Reduction of WIP as per Schedule, FG materials Dispatches as per schedule
- Plant capacity utilization
- Improvements in Safety Talks, Maintain the PM for all equipment’s as per schedule
- Maintain the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015/ISO45001:2018/ISO 14001:2015
- ISO audit documentation
- training to subordinates/ Calendar Adherence/ Inductions carried for new comers
- Run product plan as per MPCB Consent/Plan, run plant with no major incidence/accidents related to EHS
- MIS reports in terms of monthly production, consumption of raw material, safety performance, inventory details, environmental care
- Creating awareness of Near miss, Unsafe Condition , Unsafe Act & work on it for better work culture & overall plant safety.
