Job Responsibilities
- Collect data of consumption, adherence to the budget
- Commissioning, Erection, Installation, Equipment’s Procurement, Follow-up with vendors
- Maintain Quality Documents/Records , Implementation of PM Schedule as per plan, Maintenance of instruments as per schedule
- Maintaining Inventory lists, Optimizing Engineering inventory, Old equipment utilization, maintain mini-max critical spares
- Improvements in Safety Talks, Conduct Mock Drills, Maintain the PM for all equipments as per schedule, provide support to EHS Department in terms of infrastructure development & maintenance
- Maintain the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015/ISO45001:2018/ISO 14001:2015
- Giving training to subordinates as well as contractual maintenance workers as per instructions of Sr. Manager, and need identified by Sr. Manager
- Compliance related to pressure vessels, lifts & hoists, lifting tools & tackles ,Weights & Measures, thickness testing tank & rotary Equipment’s.
- MIS reports with proper justification in term of breakdown report, monthly report, store consumption.
