We’re Hiring! Foundry Maintenance Technician

WAF - Crookston is growing our team, and we’re looking for a skilled Foundry Maintenance Technician to help keep our equipment running safely and efficiently. If you have a strong electrical background, enjoy troubleshooting, and know your way around PLCs, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep production equipment operating efficiently.
- Identify and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot electrical controls, motors, and PLC systems.
- Support equipment installations, repairs, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support production needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Knowledge of PLCs and industrial control systems.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
- Ability to be on call as required.
- Shift Schedule: This position will begin on day shift for training and onboarding. Once training is complete, the position will transition to a rotating day/swing shift schedule. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work both shifts as operational needs require.
