Looking for a hands-on career where you can stay active, learn valuable skills, and be part of a team that takes pride in producing quality aluminum castings? WAF - Crookston is hiring 3rd Shift Cut, Grind & Finish (CGF) Laborers to join our growing team!

What You'll Do

As a CGF Laborer, you'll play a key role in transforming raw aluminum castings into finished products our customers can count on. Your work will include:

  •  Cutting, grinding, and finishing aluminum castings
  •  Removing excess material and smoothing surfaces
  •  Using hand and power tools such as grinders and sanders
  •  Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met
  •  Helping maintain equipment and a safe work environment
  •  Working alongside a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Schedule

3rd Shift - Sunday - Wednesday, 7:30 pm - 6:00 am, Thursday's, 7:30 pm - 4 am as needed, due to production demands.

  • Required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequently required to bend and stoop.
  • Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 

 

Salary : $22 - $27
