No foundry experience? No problem! We’re willing to train the right person. Bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We’ll help you get started!

💪 What You’ll Do

• Cut, grind, and finish metal castings to meet quality standards.

• Remove excess material, rough edges, and imperfections from castings.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.

• Operate hand tools and finishing equipment safely.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Work with your team to keep production moving efficiently.

🕒 Your Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 4:30 pm M - Th, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Friday's, as needed.

• Enjoy a consistent work schedule with time for life outside of work.

• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding, hot foundry environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cutting, grinding, and finishing tasks
