Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Java Engineer to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee.
- Develop applications used by external and internal customers using Java, Angular, and PL/SQL, among other technologies.
- Contribute healthcare domain expertise to core applications to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with product owners and team members to develop software using the Scrum methodology.
- Participate in peer reviews to maintain and improve code quality.
- Support the delivery of high-quality code by adhering to established processes and meeting business delivery deadlines.
Required Skills and Experience:
- This position is on-site in Blue Bell, PA.
- 8 years of Java experience, including Java 8 or higher.
- 5 years of Spring experience, including Spring Boot and other projects.
- 5 years of Angular experience.
- Experience building and supporting critical enterprise applications.
- Strong proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience with Oracle or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
- Scrum Agile development or Scaled Agile Framework experience, with Jira knowledge preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Angular 9 or higher is a plus.
- Healthcare experience is nice to have.
