Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Oracle ERP Professional to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions for Oracle ERP systems, including customizing modules and integrating third-party applications.
• Write code and manage technical aspects like data migration, system updates, and enhancements.
• Configure ERP applications and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing operational support to end-users.
• Lead project teams, manage project scope, and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and BI Publisher.
• Understanding of business processes in areas like finance, supply chain, and human resources.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize system performance and solve complex problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Relevant Oracle certifications can enhance credibility.
