is a leading Melbourne importer in the home decor market. We sell through leading online retail channels including Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, and our own website. Our team values initiative, attention to detail, strong communication skills teamwork, and creative problem solving. We're seeking a self-motivated individual to join our fast-paced office and help manage customer service, content mangment, inventory mangement, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, timely customer service via email, phone, and online messaging platforms.
- Manage order flows and fulfillment through multiple EDI platforms including Ship Station and SPS.
- Review, optimize, and update product listings across platforms using best practices and tools for SEO optimization.
- Create promotions outbound marketing for business development to new markets.
- Take and edit product photography for use in listings and advertising.
- Research industry trends, competitive products, and new selling opportunities.
- Help onboard new online marketplaces or retail platforms.
- Develop image content graphics using a combination of AI, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Manage accounts receivable
- Enter new products onto various platforms, both internal inventory, accounting, and external marketplaces
- Development and deployment of social media campaigns across platforms of Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and others.
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Prior experience with ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, or Shopify.
- Expert skills with Excel or Google Sheets; able to create and interpret spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with tools like Finale Inventory, ShipStation, or related inventory management platforms such as Fish Bowl, EERP systems, or Quick Books.
- Photography and basic photo editing knowledge.
- Working knowledge and prior business use of Quick Books.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- We are a combination of a very laid back small office, combined with an atomosphere of accomlishing multiple deadline driven priorities everyday.
- Work is mainly independent, but requires strong communication and cooperation with other team members in both office, and warehouse.
- We will train candidate but require a basic knowledge of as many of the above areas as possible.
- The company is constantly growing and evolving, and tasks and responsibilities will mirror these changes over time.
Work is office based in central Brevard County, Florida. No relocation for out of area applicants is provided. Virtual employees are also not being considered for this position. Please note these guide lines when applying.
