Your role will be critical in bringing our luxury staging projects to life and ensuring each property makes a lasting impression.

✅ Design with care: Select, arrange, and install furniture, decor, and artwork with attention to detail—every piece matters.
✅ Collaborate: Work with our design manager and staging team to execute the design concepts and staging plans.
✅ Keep it organized: Maintain inventory and ensure all staging materials are properly stored and cared for.
✅ Bring your creativity: Stay up-to-date on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into each project to set our properties apart.

Experienced in luxury staging – You have a proven track record staging high-end properties.
Creative – You know how to make a space shine and are passionate about bringing a design vision to life.
Attention to detail – You notice the little things and treat each property with the utmost care.
Team player – You collaborate well with others and are willing to step up when needed.
Reliable & punctual – We depend on your dedication to show up and perform at a high level.
Physically capable – This job may require some hands-on work and physical labor, so you must be comfortable with moving furniture and staging materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage & De stage luxury homes, selecting and arranging furniture, decor, and artwork with precision.
• Utilize tools for hanging art and other installations, ensuring each piece is displayed with care and functionality.
• Differentiate your staging between our staging tiers, and implement the appropriate staging approach for each project.
• Collaborate with the design manager and team, participating in Slack channels for design updates and scheduling coordination.
• Source inventory ahead of time as needed, ensuring that all necessary items are prepared and available for staging projects.
• Implement and maintain high standards through internal processes that ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction, both internally and externally.
• Bring creativity to life—continue evolving your design process by staying on top of the latest trends and sharing ideas with the team.
• Work as a team: Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless staging process from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Experience staging luxury homes or working in high-end interior design.
• Strong background in design with a keen eye for layout, color, and aesthetics.
• Ability to safely and effectively move and arrange furniture and accessories.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing prior design work is highly encouraged.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
