Distribution & Warehouse Manager

The Distribution & Production Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Decor IQ's Houston facility while 
supporting Envirolume's product distribution operations. This position oversees warehouse operations, inventory management, order 
fulfillment, shipping and receiving, fleet assets, leased display refurbishment, manufacturing and production teams, and facility 
operations. The Distribution & Production Manager partners with the Director of Supply Chain & Asset Management to ensure 
operational efficiency, inventory integrity, production quality, and a safe, organized facility supporting both Decor IQ and Envirolume. 
This position serves as the operational leader of the Houston facility, ensuring people, assets, inventory, and production resources are 
aligned to support company objectives.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations 
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, organization, cleanliness, and material flow.  
• Optimize warehouse layout, staging areas, and space utilization.  
• Establish efficient workflows that improve productivity and safety. 
Inventory Management 
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and warehouse organization.  
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.  
• Oversee Decor IQ leased assets and Envirolume product inventory.  
• Approve and investigate inventory adjustments and discrepancies.  
• Support inventory planning and seasonal inventory readiness. 
Order Fulfillment 
• Lead daily warehouse order fulfillment activities for Decor IQ and Envirolume.  
• Coordinate priorities with the Product & Order Fulfillment Coordinator.  
• Ensure timely, accurate picking, packing, shipping, and customer will-call orders.  
• Monitor warehouse scanner usage, fulfillment accuracy, and order completion.  
• Resolve fulfillment issues while maintaining customer service standards. 
Shipping & Receiving 
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing freight for the Houston facility.  
• Ensure accurate receiving inspections, freight staging, and damage reporting.  
• Coordinate carrier scheduling and shipping priorities.  
• Verify receiving documentation and resolve freight discrepancies.  
• Maintain shipping schedules and carrier relationships to support efficient operations. 
Production Operations (Houston ONLY) 
• Lead manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and greenery production activities.  
• Develop production schedules that meet seasonal demand and project deadlines.  
• Ensure production quality, labor efficiency, and on-time completion of manufacturing schedules.  
• Monitor production capacity and recommend staffing or process improvements.  
• Coordinate production priorities with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain. 
Asset Refurbishment & Readiness (Décor IQ) 
• Oversee inspection, cleaning, repair, and refurbishment of Decor IQ leased displays.  
• Develop refurbishment schedules that support seasonal production planning.  
• Ensure leased assets meet company quality standards and deployment readiness. 
Labor Leadership 
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse, production, and seasonal employees.  
• Plan labor requirements and staffing levels to support warehouse, production, refurbishment, and seasonal operational 
demands. 
• Establish work schedules and labor priorities to meet operational demands.  
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and accountability.  
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. 
Fleet, Equipment & Facility Management 
• Oversee Decor IQ fleet assets assigned to the Houston facility, including vehicle readiness, inspections, preventive 
maintenance, registrations, and condition.  
• Coordinate fleet repairs and maintenance with approved vendors.  
• Coordinate DOT inspections, vehicle records, registrations, preventive maintenance schedules, and fleet readiness. 
• Maintain warehouse equipment, forklifts, trailers, tools, and facility assets.  
• Ensure preventative maintenance programs are followed for fleet and facility equipment.  
• Track company tools, equipment, and assigned assets. 
Safety 
• Maintain a safe warehouse and production environment through OSHA compliance, PPE enforcement, and routine safety 
inspections.  
• Coordinate employee safety training, forklift certifications, and incident investigations.  
• Conduct routine facility safety inspections and corrective action follow-up.  
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. 

Salary : $5,416 - $6,165
