Decorative Ceiling Tiles, Inc. (DCT) is an established multi-channel e-commerce company specializing in decorative ceiling tiles, faux wood beams, wall panels, and architectural surface products. We sell across Amazon, our own BigCommerce store, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, and Wayfair, and operate warehouses in Florida and North Carolina. We're a small, fast-moving team where your work has a direct, visible impact on the business.
The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing & Fulfillment Coordinator to keep orders moving accurately and on time across all of our sales channels. You'll be the connective tissue between our marketplaces, our warehouses, and our vendors — making sure every order is routed correctly, shipped promptly, and tracked cleanly from purchase to delivery. This role reports to our Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
Process and review incoming orders across Amazon (FBM), BigCommerce, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, and Wayfair
- Route orders to the correct warehouse or vendor for fulfillment based on inventory, location, and cost
- Create and manage shipments, generate shipping labels, and confirm tracking back to each channel
- Coordinate with our warehouse teams in FL and NC and with outside vendors on drop-ship orders
- Monitor order status to prevent late shipments and address exceptions, delays, or holds quickly
- Keep order and inventory data accurate and up to date in our systems
- Communicate clearly with the operations team on issues, backorders, and anything that needs attention
What We're Looking For
1 years of order processing, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations experience (multi-channel or marketplace experience a strong plus)
- Comfort working in order management / inventory systems; experience with Cin7, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail — you catch mistakes before they ship
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle many orders and priorities at once
- Clear, reliable communicator who follows through
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work on-site in Margate, FL
