What You’ll Do:
As a Production Assistant, you’ll be a key player in our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepping and cleaning screens for screen printing
- Operating heat press and embroidery machines
- Catching garments at the dryer
- Performing quality control checks
- Packaging and shipping finished products
- Supporting other production tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Screen printing and/or Embroidery experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Dependable, flexible, and eager to grow with the company
