We’re re-launching a 30 year old screen printing and embroidery business in High Point, NC, and we’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to join the team. Key Responsibilities
- Engage in Operations: Day-to-day production, scheduling, and quality control.
- Grow the Team: Recruit, train, and inspire a small crew as the business scales.
- Customer Experience: Oversee orders, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure top-notch service.
- Develop Processes: Create efficient workflows for screen printing and embroidery and all other opportunities.
- Drive Growth: Identify new market opportunities, implement marketing strategies, and help shape the brand.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, manage inventory, and track profitability.
