Customer Support Representative Part-time

Summary:

The Customer Care Representative primarily responsible for providing support to the Inbound Customer Care team to answer inbound customer calls to process orders, answer billing or invoice questions and triage customer concerns. 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 12:00PM to 5:30 PM and every 3rd Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide support with order placement, invoice/billing assistance. Make product suggestions to customers according to their needs with the goal of increasing sales of specifics products/programs.


• Demonstrate knowledge of DecoPac products and services.


• Present information clearly to customers utilizing approved DecoPac marketing tools and resources.


• Utilize the CRM system to accurately record all customer activities.


• Process orders and product requests in a timely and professional manner.


• Exhibit and maintain high standards of customer service.


• Report any food safety concerns to Manager for resolution.


• Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in a customer support or call center environment. Inside or outside sales experience strongly preferred.


• CRM experience preferred.


• Ability to self-motivate and work independently but also able to collaborate and work well within cross-functional teams.


• Must have excellent computer knowledge and display high aptitude for understanding and utilizing technology within business.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.


• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or hear, and/or use hands to fingers, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand, and/or walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds while moving files or small packages. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Mental Demands consist of frequently interpreting data, make decisions, organize, problem solve, and time management. Hours worked in one workweek may exceed 40 hours on an as-needed basis, unless the employee works an agreed upon part-time schedule. 

Work Environment:

Residency in Minnesota is required. Employees can work remote or at the office. The noise level in the office work environment is usually Quiet.
