Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in providing valuable support to our Company and Order Department. Candidate will be responsible for effectively responding to current customers and prospective clients in a timely and detailed manner.
Candidate should have the following qualifications: hard-working, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills and the ability to multi-task and highly organized. Must have clerical knowledge and an outstanding customer service skillset, as well as order processing and other office duties.
Position is in an office setting, communicating with customers and updating orders as needed via Microsoft platform. Computer knowledge is a must. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills and phone skills. Must be highly detail oriented, attention to detail and organization in this position is an absolute must.
You must have a clean background. We are a drug free workplace.
Responsibilities
- Help drive sales with existing school customers
- Track calls and must make follow up calls
- Develop and monitor new clients’ needs and trouble shoot issues as necessary
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction is met.
- Track sales with new and current clients in your group
- Stay up to date with new product and features
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Must be extremely detail oriented
Qualifications
- Sales background with experience
- Customer service skills
- Sales and Marketing experience preferred
- Ability to process orders
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and in person with customers
- Other office duties
- Strong Computer skills with ability to learn new computer programs
