Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Warehouse Coordinator / Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and HR operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating workforce needs while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for warehouse roles (screening, interviewing, hiring)
- Partner with warehouse leadership to understand staffing needs
- Post job openings and source candidates through various platforms
- Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume roles
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation
- Ensure completion of employment documentation and compliance requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires during onboarding
- Coordinate training schedules with warehouse supervisors
HR Coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Track attendance, turnover, and staffing metrics
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Assist with HR audits and compliance requirements
Administrative Support
- Prepare HR reports and staffing updates
- Coordinate scheduling and workforce planning
- Support communication between HR and warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2 years of recruiting or HR experience (warehouse or high-volume hiring preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
