Fruit Packing Plant Manager

Join our dynamic manufacturing team! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plant Manager to oversee our upcoming fruit processing season. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our plant operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your keen eye for detail, strong analysis skills, and commitment to quality assurance will help maintain our reputation for excellence.

Timeline & Availability

• Training Begins: April 2026
• Processing Season: May – August 2026
• Position Type: Temporary / Seasonal
• Schedule: Hours will fluctuate weekly based on fruit volume and processing needs.
• Shift Requirements: Weekend availability is strictly required. Candidates must be flexible to work extended day shifts that flow into swing shifts when production demands it.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day plant operations to ensure peak efficiency during the high-volume processing season.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality and safety standards to protect product integrity and company reputation.
• Data & Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to monitor production metrics, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and optimize workflows.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing plant management or supervisory roles (food/fruit processing experience is a plus).
• Verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability regarding weekly scheduling and hours.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
