Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Paint Line Worker to support our powder coating operations. This role plays a key part in keeping our paint line running efficiently by preparing parts before coating and handling finished products after coating.

This is a hands-on, physical position with opportunities to learn and grow within our production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Hang aluminum parts and profiles on the paint line prior to coating
• Mask and prep parts to ensure proper coating coverage
• Assist with live loading and unloading during paint line operation
• Remove finished parts from the line after curing
• Perform basic quality checks on finished parts
• Organize and stage materials before and after coating
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support the powder coating team as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take direction
