What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counterintelligence Cyber SME with Security Clearance position at Deck Prism, LLC?
Desired, senior level cyber SME that has experience supporting CI investigations. Experience with hardware and software computer forensics, especially in support of investigations is ideal. Experience conducting analysis of adversary cyber threats against US networks or Insider threat is relevant as well. Individual must have minimum of fifteen years of experience in conducting complex CI program activities with a federal agency such as the DOE, FBI, CIA or DOD. Candidate must possess experience conducting interviews, and research. This may be a combination of private sector, civil service, or military experience. Individual must display maturity in assessing issues and communicating with individuals of varying levels of responsibility and management; have the ability to identify counterintelligence and foreign intelligence indicators; review inspectable data and information that involves cross-checking, analyzing, and interpreting relevant information. Individual must have excellent team-building, liaison, oral and written communication skills and proven ability to perform under pressure. Additionally, the individual must have the ability to respond to specific tasks driven by mission requirements; ability to conduct professional interviews; ability to assess/integrate the implications of data for the inspections being conducted. Candidate will be expected to have knowledge of the requirements for developing a CI program. This Cyber CI: Position requires individual to have earned a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college. An Advanced Degree in a relevant technical field is desirable. Individual must have conducted cyber counterintelligence investigations as a primary case agent for a federal agency such as the DOE, FBI, CIA or DOD.
