Director of Sales & Business Development

Decca USA is seeking an experienced sales leader to help drive growth across our hospitality FF&E and residential furniture businesses. This role will lead business development, manage key accounts, and support go-to-market strategy for new collections.
Core responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategy across hospitality and residential channels.
• Build relationships with hotel brands, procurement firms, designers, and retail partners.
• Grow a strong pipeline of FF&E and residential opportunities.
• Support collection launches, High Point Market, and channel development.
• Work closely with design, operations, and customer service teams.
Requirements:
• 7 years of sales experience in hospitality FF&E and/or residential furniture.
• Strong network in hotel, design, procurement, and rep channels.
• Experience closing large-scale projects and managing sales programs.
• Ability to lead market growth and partner development.
Willingness to Travel: This role requires regular domestic travel to maintain high-level relationships with hotel brands, procurement firms, and designers.
