Job Overview
The Role
We’re currently searching for a Business Development Officer (Commercial Real Estate/SBA) who is ready to hit the ground running! You’ll work to build relationships, structure loans, and guide borrowers through the SBA 504 process.
You will work closely with staff, lending partners, and business owners to deliver service and solutions to create local economic growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Originating and managing SBA 504 loans.
Evaluating credit and business financials.
Working with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure timely process.
Representing PBC at community at networking events, conferences, and meetings.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- 4 years’ experience in commercial credit and/or relationship banking.
- Knowledge of SBA 504 loans and credit policies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Nonprofit experience a plus.
