Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices
- Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature; document findings accurately in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments through tailored activities and compassionate engagement
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols for infectious disease care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Experience
- Prior experience working in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges supports our commitment to inclusive care
- Certification in basic life support (BLS) is required; additional certifications such as hospice care or urgent care experience are beneficial

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
