We specialize in Aluminum Extrusion machining and fabrication serving the Architectural, Automotive, and high-tech markets. We have 3 and 5-axis equipment capable of machining up to 10 meters in length. Additional services include, anodizing & paint, punching, cnc cutting, welding, and component assembly.

We’re seeking a motivated CNC Programmer/Operator to join our team, with potential to grow into a leadership role if so desired. If you have expertise in AutoCad and Mastercam or similar cad/cam platforms, thrive in a productivity-paced environment, are hands on and eager to learn, and looking for a long-term growth opportunity, we would love to hear from you and share more about the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and Optimize CNC programs using Mastercam and Autocad
- Set up and Operate CNC machines/programs including tool selection, fixture design, and material loading
- Interpret technical drawings to ensure parts meet exact specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining problems and program errors to minimize downtime and optimize production processes
- Perform in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate in developing best practices and continuous improvement
- Manage Tooling area, including organizing, maintaining, and tracking cutting tools, inserts, and tool holders
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of machine programs, tooling changes, and production output logs
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification in machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with CAM software and a strong understanding of G-code programming language.
- Strong mathematical skills, including geometry and trigonometry, for calculating dimensions and tolerances.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, and feed/speed selection based on material type.
- Experience with tool inventory management procedures and systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [e.g., 50] pounds unassisted.
