Senior CSS resolve simple to complex client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner using detailed knowledge of program, systems, applications, and problem solving-decision making skills while adhering to company guidelines and Debt Blue Core Values. Duties And Responsibilities
- Communicate thorough understanding of company products and consumer debt relief options to clients
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to assign and complete tasks
- Notate client accounts in CRM with accurate and complete information to ensure exceptional communication between employees and departments
- Complete outbound calls/tasks as assigned daily
- Professionally handle incoming client requests and make monthly follow-up calls
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of settlement, negotiation, and payment processes and adequately communicate account status to client
- Expertly utilize a consultative approach for clients in crisis
- Communicate essential program information to new clients via welcome call that reaffirms benefits of the program
- Aid client success team, including co-workers and management
- Other duties as required to support department operations
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Empathy and willingness to assist clients throughout their financial hardship
- Talent to compete in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Problem solver with the ability to multitask using judgment and decision-making skills
- A stellar work ethic including a record of punctuality and good attendance
- 3 years’ experience in a customer service, collections, or negotiation role (required)
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- A high degree of initiative with the ability to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines with little to no supervision
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and apply policies, procedures, and guidelines to a variety of situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and client service software, database, and tools
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Impeccable written and oral communication
- Ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiations skills
- Successful track record in a thriving, fast paced environment
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift to 15 pounds
- Ability to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
- Office with relatively low to moderate noise level
