Location: Maitland, FL (Onsite Only)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Weekly Base Pay Uncapped Commission (Paid Weekly)

THE PAPER — THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL WORK

• B2B commercial claims — invoices, contracts, POs, statements
• 30 days to 3 years past due
• Active, operating businesses with assets
• Direct access to decision-makers — owners, CFOs, AP managers, legal

No charged-off consumer debt. No recycled portfolios. No accounts past statute.

THE MONEY

Base pay is guaranteed weekly. Commission is uncapped and paid on top of that every week.

Top performers earn $10,000–$30,000 per month in commission. That number is real and it is available to collectors who know how to work a file.

Your income here is a direct reflection of your skill and your output. There is no ceiling.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage a portfolio of 150–200 active B2B accounts weekly
• Perform deep skip tracing to locate decision-makers
• Review invoices, contracts, POs, and statements to build leverage before every call
• Negotiate directly with business owners, CFOs, AP managers, and legal departments
• Identify litigation referral opportunities on qualifying accounts
• Negotiate settlements where appropriate
• Maintain complete CRM documentation on every account daily
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly recovery targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior commercial or B2B collections experience — required
• Familiarity with skip tracing tools and techniques
• Ability to review and interpret business documentation (invoices, contracts, POs)
• Strong verbal negotiation and communication skills
• CRM proficiency — must document all activity same day
• Ability to work onsite in Maitland, FL Monday–Friday
