What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Partnership/Merger position at Deborah L Patten CPA LLC?
I have a small accounting practice looking for another CPA to join our firm. I am open to a partnership, office-share, or consulting agreement. If you're interested in starting your own practice or expanding your current client base, we might be the right fit for you. As an experienced CPA, I am looking for another experienced CPA to help with the review process and will provide the same.
We have a downtown Salem location with an office manager and two experienced support staff with capacity to take on additional work and referral sources to help you grow. Our office has space for another CPA and up to 2 additional support staff as needed.
We are open Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm outside of tax season and Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm January - April 15.

- Experience in public accounting 5 years
- Licensed CPA
- Experience in the preparation and review of individual, business, fiduciary, and non-profit tax returns
- Experience in the preparation and review of financial statement reviews and compilations
- Able to provide exceptional customer service when meeting with clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- QuickBooks experience
- Able to prioritize projects
- Experience using Thomson Reuters Ultra Tax a plus
