Responsibilities:

• Support month‑end close, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis with accuracy and accountability.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and help build scalable processes as the company grows.
• Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to solve problems and support business decisions.
• Assist with consolidations, intercompany activity, and complex manufacturing cost structures.
• Step in where needed, help teammates, and take initiative without being asked
• Provide meaningful analysis that helps leaders understand trends, risks, and opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred (costing, inventory, production)
• Experience in multi‑site or multi‑national environments is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month‑end close
• Ability to analyze data, communicate clearly, and support decision‑making
• Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Strong staff‑level candidates with the right mindset will be considered.
