What You’ll Do:
- Connect with customers using the Dean Team Subaru sales process to discover their needs and lifestyle goals
- Educate customers on Subaru’s unique safety, all-wheel-drive capability, and reliability advantages
- Conduct test drives and provide engaging, informative vehicle presentations
- Manage inbound sales calls and online leads to set and confirm appointments
- Build long-term customer relationships and grow a personal referral network
- Stay up-to-date with Subaru product knowledge, new features, and sales training
What You Need:
- Previous sales experience preferred, but Subaru-specific training is provided
- Passion for the Subaru brand and an understanding of its customer base
- Friendly, approachable personality with excellent listening skills
- Ability to connect with customers and guide them through a rewarding purchase process
- Strong computer and phone skills (CRM, internet, email)
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
